Cleansing
Cleansing your Chakra Jewelry is a good idea as most stones will trap the "negativity" and difficult
energy and should be cleaned.

Cleansing Methods:
- Leave your Jewelry in Sunlight or Moonlight for a few days. You should be able to pick up the gemstones
and they'll feel "empty" or clean.
- Prepare a plate of table salt. Place your gemstones next to the plate of salt and wave your hands over the
gemstones toward the salt. Imagine moving the negative energy from the gemstones into the salt by the movement of your hands.
Once you feel the Gemstones are "clear", flick your empty hands over the
salt to remove any excess negative energy that may have built up in your hands. Discard the salt.
