Standard shipping charges are $5.00
for First Class US Postal Service delivery within the United
States and APO addresses. Priority, Express, Fed-Ex 2-day and Fed-Ex Overnight options are available for an
additional charge (calculated on checkout).

We will declare a USPS First Class package lost if it has not been received
in 31 days within the Continental US and 45 days to Hawaii. (We have
noticed an increase in the number of delayed packages. About 1 in 1000 unfortunate customers receive their shipments
about 2 weeks late and tell us they have been "opened". We believe this to be a by-product of the increased security
measures).
Orders may be subject to
verification, which could delay delivery. Large/high dollar orders and overnight/rush orders will only be shipped
to the billing address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do NOT ship outside the United States.

We normally ship within 1-2 business
days after the order is received. If we are unable to ship within 2 business days, we will notify the
customer. Large orders, or wholesale orders may require additional processing time.

Prices are subject to change without
notice and are in U.S. currency.

We only display items we have in
stock. However, sometimes an item in large demand may be on backorder. We
will notify the customer immediately if the item is no longer in stock.

We will exchange the item for an equally valued item or refund the purchase price of
the item (less shipping charges and gift wrapping) if received by us,
in undamaged, resellable condition in the original
packaging within 15 days of
receipt. Return postage on the exchange will be billed at regular rates. This gives a week for you to look the item over and a week for the item to get back to us via First Class USPS mail. Send exchanges/returns with copy of Packing Slip to:

We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee on large orders or orders with custom work. Refunds will ONLY
be issued back to the original payment method. For instance, credit card refunds will be refunded back only to the
credit card used for the purchase. If we are unable to issue a credit back via the original payment method, the
return can only be used for an in-store credit.

We reserve the right to ban any customer based upon: use of profanity,
rudeness or harassing behavior to our staff, unauthorized credit card use, excessive returns, tampering with the
website or order form or any other activity we deem inappropriate.

The Jewelry Industry recommends you restring your Jewelry at least once
a year--more often if it is worn in water or worn daily. We will restring any jewelry
purchased on our site for a 25% discount on labor, plus shipping and handling charges. Replacement stones
will be charged on a per stone basis. Please contact us for an exact
quote.
